Complimentary Size Exchanges
Doesn’t fit? No problem.
We offer one complimentary size exchange per order to help you find your best fit.
If your size isn’t quite right, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and ship your new size at no additional cost if requested within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges are limited to the same style in a different size, subject to availability. If your requested exchange size is unavailable, a full refund minus shipping cost will be issued once the original item has been received and inspected.
Refunds are ONLY issued if the requested size is unavailable.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached.

All sales/ flash sale items are FINAL and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, for a seamless checkout experience.
SHIPPING POLICY
We ask to allow up to 5 business days for order processing before shipment.
Once an order is placed, shipping addresses and order details cannot be changed.
If a package is returned to sender due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
Domestic Shipping: $8.99 flat-rate standard shipping.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Please note that Glamleisure is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package was misdelivered, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
