RETURNS
Returns are accepted for refund to original form of payment excluding shipping within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Due to limited production we are not currently set up for exchanges or reshipment orders and require that a new order be placed if still available .
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
We do not offer refunds except for defective items.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, for a seamless checkout experience.
SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing before shipment.
Once an order is placed, shipping addresses and order details cannot be changed.
If a package is returned to sender due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
Domestic Shipping: $8.99 flat-rate standard shipping.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Please note that Glamleisure is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package was misdelivered, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
